Kahawa House Initiative is a bridge for the collaborative effort of building economic independence among the African diaspora and creating a social enterprise that creates jobs for those in the Springfield and Clark County region. As Africa is the birthplace of coffee, we aim to curate and source the best coffee from East Africa, the Caribbean, and other parts of Africa.

We desire to use the versatility of coffee to aid in the mission to transform lives.

Coffee is more than a drink; it's a fruit, it's a reason to gather, it's a worldwide commodity, it's an industry, and for us, it's a bridge for transformation. 

The Kahawa House Initiative provides a 3-month training program for those who want to learn about the coffee business.
